Mechanical Engineer
Duties Include:
- Must develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs of airfoil components for gas turbine propulsion systems.
-Perform fundamental calculations and run small computer models to quickly assess the validity of design concepts.
- Must have good inter-personal skills
- You will make use of continuous improvement tools (RRCA, QCPC, Process Cert.) to work with manufacturing experts to identify preferred processes and associated process capability and capture in design standard documentation.
- BA in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Six plus years of Mechanical Design experience is required.

Senior Structures Analyst
Duties Include:
-Candidate will provide analytical support for the preliminary design phase through detailed design
-Develop testing, certification by regulatory authorities or government customers, transition to production manufacturing and repair limit definition.
-Perform state-of-the-art ANSYS finite element analysis for stress, vibration, mission low cycle fatigue life, residual life (fracture mechanics) prediction, and optimization
-Stress testing and data reduction; production and in-service field investigations.
-Must participate as an active member in cross-discipline integrated product teams to provide design solutions that balance performance, cost, and weight requirements.
-Must write clear documentation and create/ provide impactful, persuasive presentations to management and customers.
- Will have significant interaction with internal and external customers
- A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Structural or Aerospace Engineering
- Must have five or more years of structural analysis experience
-Experience analyzing gas turbine engine hardware a plus
-Stress and vibration analysis, low cycle fatigue, fracture mechanics
- Ability to create and run advanced (non-linear, contact) ANSYS analysis required.

Stress Engineering Manager
Duties Include:
-The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the structural stress engineering group to provide the structural analysis of primary and secondary airframe structures for large commercial aircraft.
- Provide leadership and direction for the department through assigning, supervising, and evaluating work flow and managing performance utilizing technical expertise coupled with strong people skills.
- Develop effective working relationship with people across all levels of the organization with the ability to view departmental objectives with a company-wide perspective and communicate company objectives with staff as appropriate.
- Work with the FAA and the Company Functional Engineering Managers to develop the company procedures necessary to provide high quality certification documents.- Provide stress engineering estimates to support program budgets and schedules.
-Maintain appropriate staffing and skill levels, and manage contract engineers, consultants and engineering vendors.
- Provide common analysis approaches across all programs while applying Lean principles to improve work flow.
- Responsible for coordinating with FAA Structures Designees to ensure regulatory requirements are met in all documentation.
- Update and modify processes and procedures when necessary.
-A Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics or Mechanical engineering
- Five years experience on FAA Part 25 or Part 23 projects
- Minimum 10 years experience in aerospace
- Aircraft Supplemental Type Certification Experience a plus
-FAA Structures DER and Boeing stress analysis experience a plus - Must possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Senior Avionics Engineer
Duties Include:
-Creates complex design of avionics, cabin system components, in-flight entertainment, communication systems, cabin LED lighting, and AC and DC power systems to meet customer criteria, quality standards, FAA requirements, budget, and project schedules.
-Extensive experience using Computer Aided Drafting/Design tools for capturing systems design, layouts, and models.
-Proven ability to lead team of avionics engineers to design, develop, integrate, test, and support FAA approval of system and subsystems for VIP/VVIP aircraft platforms.
- Designs complex electrical aircraft interiors for avionics and electrical systems and subsystems, lighting controls, power distribution, communications, wire diagrams, and aircraft installations.
-Proven experience to develop engineering designs that meet customer criteria, quality standards, and FAA requirements with specific focus on maintaining project scope, working within approved budgets, and producing deliverables per project schedules.
-Provides design feedback to other engineering personnel and takes initiative to resolve design issues within team and with other engineering teams.
- May perform lead activities for engineering group projects.
- Mentor avionics engineers to increase knowledge of systems design, integration requirements, installation support, testing, and certification aspects.
- Motivate team to expand job knowledge and recognize performance improvements.
- Support qualification testing (where applicable) to ensure products meet and or exceed minimum performance criteria.

Senior Design Engineer (Structures)
Duties Include:
The Senior Design Engineer will report to the Director of Engineering and will create complex design of aircraft primary or secondary structures to meet customer criteria, quality standards, FAA requirements, budget and project schedules using Computer Aided Drafting/Design tools.
- Designs complex mechanical aircraft interior furnishing, structures, and/or mechanical systems.
- Ensures designs meet customer criteria, quality standards and FAA requirements.
- Adheres to budget and project schedules.
- Provides design guidance and feedback to other engineering personnel.
- May perform as functional Lead for group on specific projects.
-Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in engineering with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Senior Design Engineer (Mechanical Systems) will have experience with potable water, grey water and waste system installations preferably on 737, 757 and 747 aircraft, for VIP modifications and completions (experience with commercial aircraft would be ok).
-OR Experience with aircraft ECS system installations, particularly the main cabin conditioned air system.

Duties Include:
- Structures is responsible for the technical development, support, modifications and repairs of Aerospace approved products and services, with a focus on Structures Engineering.
- Design and/or approve repairs, modifications, and product developments, focusing on structures in accordance with the Design Approval Procedures Manual (DAPM) and Engineering Procedures Manual (EPM).

Duties Include:
